“To each their own,”
As it states.
How it resonates,
In all it’s truths and applications.
How it reverberates,
An acceptance of diversity.
How it is revealed,
To see as they see,
Feel as they feel,
Think as they think,
Taste as they taste,
Hear as they hear,
Experience as they experience,
Connect as they connect,
Be as they choose to be,
Embracing them with love and light,
As they express themselves as they are,
Gives us the freedom to do so too..
To each their own, what works for them,
Works for them, what works for me works for me,
Allowing all stigma, judgement, to fall away.
Allowing to each their own, be as each of us,
Need it to be, want it to be, define it to be.
May it come from our heart,
Without offense or defense,
Without pettiness or drama,
Standing firmly from within us, leaning out.
Give this gift of kindness,
To one another, because as we are
Figuring things out, so is everyone else.
Let us live our lives as we choose,
Love who we choose to,
Learn as we are ready to,
Be as what is necessary for us to become,
All better individuals, through this constant
Life Cycle of change, we are all coming undone,
For more of us to become,
To each their own,
Is a loving passage,
May we tread more gently along our paths,
When we merge with others,
May we not give unsolicited advice,
But show through our example,
And let that be enough to shine light for others.
May others be as they choose to be,
Revealing to us our choices,
To judge or to leave be,
For we don’t know everything,
Even about our journey,
So who are we to nit pick, devalue, ridicule,
Invalidate, finger point whose to blame with curses of shame,
Create a mess that pulls us into fighting drama,
May we look on to others as we should be looking at ourselves,
May we pick our battles, and may we remember each of us,
Are Human, life is our figuring out process, and we are only in charge
Of ourselves no one else,
To each their own is not being passive,
It is allowing others to be themselves and figure their journeys out
Just as we are…
There’s a time for everything,
Our working through,
Unraveling to us, as we live, laugh, mourn, let go, learn, forgive,
Move forward, to each their own.
So we do, so we go, so can we send everyone much more light,
Much more love, allowing ourselves to focus on our path,
Instead of filling this world with more hate, more judgement,
More fear, more of what there’s already enough of.
May we exude love, welcome, compassion, truths,
With acceptance, with an open mind/open heart,
With gratitude for all the blessed diversity,
No matter how much we want to nit pick.
Lean in, lean forward, nit pick our own reflections,
Rather than add more hurt, more wounds,
More infliction's that damage, the toll is already too high.
May we come from love, live our light,
Emanate peace, love, and our humanity,
As each of us, to each their own, must be allowed,
For us all to become..
May we stand if needed be,
May we sit if needed be,
May we dress as we want,
May we love who we want,
May we think how we want,
May we be who we want,
May we live our lives as we want,
Unconditionally, without comparisons & bullying.

Let us each day,
Choose to not repeat history,
But redefine what each now presents,
May we choose to strive to thrive,
In all our magnificence & diversity.
May we be well,
May they be well,
May we all be well.
