Minutes of Moments

1440 minutes in a day,
That many moments,
We can be really here for,
Each of those moments,
Think about how much is possible to change,
To choose, to create, 
To allow, to redirect,
To focus on, to pave,
With each minute,
Serving us a moment,
Tap into the potential,
Presenting itself,
Not day by day,
But minute by minute,
All within us to be had,
Through thinking, believing, 
Acting, choice…
That’s 1440 times 366 days,
We have over half a million
Possibilities, 527,040 minutes,
to choose, invest into and live from,
To Create, overcome, heal,
Do and be the change.
We can change,
It is within our power to,
At any given moment,
Within a minute,
We can realize, accept, 
To change what we are doing,
Where we are going,
What we are dwelling on,
Where we want to be going,
What we are healing,
Where is here, now,
Consciously just choose…
What about you?
When is it time to choose,
What has always mattered to you?
What can we do about this?
Utilize our full presence,
Our full abilities, 
Investing ourselves forward,
Here within this very minute,
And each that keeps coming!
