Capable

I am capable,
I am equipped,
I am proof,
I am all I need,
For whatever storm comes,
For whatever comes,
I can and I will,
Overcome,
Surpass,
Achieve,
Through the love I am growing,
To become, day in and day out.
Builds me, my strength,
My courage, my trust, my abilities,
My truth, my movement,
My directions, my choices,
Widens & expands
All that I was, into who I think and know myself to be.
For all that is coming, to become,
I am capable,
