Shift

Attend with truth, compassion, gratitude,
And much respect to your heart, 
To your soul, your beautiful body, 
Your incredible mind, your Miraculous life.
Be in the service of your values,
Meanwhile remaining open,
To Learn, shift, change and transmute,
Each moment as it arrives.
Allows us more fulfillment,
by the wholeness invested in presence,
Observance, and all of our Responses,
Through choice of thinking, believing,
Behaving, Doing, Being, Creating.
What we deliver, 
Always provides for us,
Willfully as we deem compelled 
To commit and follow through with.
Attend your life,
Attend your spirit,
Attend your heart,
Attend your body,
Attend your mind,
Attend all you exchange for,
Attend all you emanate with,
Attend your passions,
Attend all you conceive of,
Attend all you appreciate,
Attend all you unlearn,
