Retracing;

Tracing our minds back to our memories,
Tracing our hearts back to our bodies storage,
Through our wounds, discovering what this
Amazing retracing can stir up…
May we honestly acknowledge what reflections
Can offer, so much nutritional sustenance for upon
First, second, third gaze, we tend to ourselves
As the gardens we are…
Reevaluating, what good needs to stay, 
what goods need to go, plus what needs to be taken
Forward.
Tracing our hearts back to mind,
Tracing our bodies back to soul,
We can discern the debris/blockages,
Serve us, in proactive/preventive measures,
Lessons to aid us to better choose,
Here.
Tracing is much like a loving caress,
Grazing and identifying what gives,
Gives light, bears shadows, strikes cords/pain,
Becomes, to be faced, loved, welcomed, embraced,
As to cultivate all that can exist will co-exist,
Within us, within our subconscious,
And our conscious consciousness,
As to liberate us, as for us to navigate better,
As to allow us to genuinely let us live,
As to steadily allow us to consistently reclaim,
Who we really are, at source, at heart, 
Beyond what our mind’s body sometimes remember,
Our divine Identity...
