Lotus/Hawk

I am of both sky and sea,
I am of both land and free,
Lotus, hawk, whale and human…
In pieces and whole,
Figuring out and wandering,
I still connect,
I still stumble,
I still am finding my way,
Underneath this skin,
This sky,
Within the seas, the land,
Beneath trees, upon this earth
My feet rest, my feet walk
The grassy, muddy, path,
With rocks, with pebbles,
This amazing World, 
Inside out, outside in,
Beneath, within, encompassed,
Ascending, evolving,
All of the time,
Here, in whole presence,
Whole experience,
I emerge to love, live, learn, laugh,
Cry, reflect, grow…
I am awakening constantly,
For who I am always becoming…
