Intentions....

Spring Intentions;

1. Going always where there is unconditional Love is,

To live it, cultivate it, share it, to discover and uncover it.

1. Always be grateful for the blessings that can be always found within pain, fear, anger, hurt, shadows, dissonance, of my own. There will always be light, there will always be my growth.
2. Live your truth without ever feeling the need to justify it or validate it outerly, allow your wholeness to be present, no matter what.
3. Remember to always be for yourself, to always know you matter, it doesn't matter where you are, what assets you outerly have, or where you live. Know those that are not living your life giving suggestions, their ideals for you and unneeded opinions, really aren’t projecting anything about you at all, they are simply projecting how they think you should live, because that’s what works for them. Disregard their disrespect that you are happy with where you are, no matter how many times they attempt to get their way, push you over, smother, love bomb, or place it with concern or attempt to carve your experiences into their dictation and narration. Stand & Walk in your truth, live your truth, rise above, Send them light and live your path..
4. Choose to honor all the light here.
5. Choose to not be defined by any other soul than Your own.
6. Choose to redefine yourself infinitely if that is what you want, need, as you grow through life, as you heal through every experience, as you choose who you think you need to be as here comes and leaves.
7. Choose to let all resistances flow. Flow as to become aware of, face, work through, overcome, release, heal, to be loved, to be forgiven, to not hold ourselves back or allow ourselves to be held back, from being here wherever that is for us.
8. May we honor being truly and wholly present now, within all the light here that feels ever so dark but is really ever so Bright…
