I am Grateful...

I am grateful for how I honor myself
Through Love,
In forgiveness, understanding,
Opening to compassion
Day in, inhaled & Day out, exhaled,
Through my mind, my heart, my body, my soul.
I am grateful for my experiences,
As some days I descend,
Some days I ascend.
I am grateful for every experience,
I get to choose to expand or narrow my life.
I am grateful I have;
Self respect, self love, self trust,
Self expression, self understanding,
Self truth, self knowing,
Self awakening, self discovery,
Self sufficiency, self sustainability,
Self growth and self honor.
As with what I share,
As with how I remain open,
As with, why I am here,
As with when and where I choose to,
As with who I am,
So I give, create and build for myself,
And send forth like ripples and waves
Into the universe, 
To attract, to share, always be aligning,
Always be coming, always be giving,
Always cultivated from my heart to theirs,
And from theirs to mine,
So this be my light, my love, my course, 
My lessons, my blessings, 
My treasure, my life, my gift...
