I open to close,
I open to face, I open to undo, I open to heal, I open to speak, I open to hear, I open to see, I open to feel, I open to resonate, I open to dive, climb, walk through, To give myself the gift of time & presence, For all that encompasses me within, Above, below, around, To sit intimately with me as we converse, As we lean in to listen to one another, Mind, Body, Heart and soul, I open to take forward, Another step together, Another step towards, The wholeness, That scatteredness blesses us with, New perceptions, New horizons, New winds, New aromas, New channels, New streams, New realizations afoot, Lost and found, Here, that I am… Melissa Palmer © Evolving Mirror I open to recede, from the world, from other demands, To follow my own, To open my own honor, To live my life, today, now. I close my eyes,
Letting soft music Drift through… White light enters My forehead, And fills my body, With its healing energy, I receive, A vision, A reflection of myself, Transports across me, Within the white light, Softened melody, I see myself, We reconnect, Working together, In remedial service, As to remove the pain, The headache pinging, In my bodily gourd, We synthesize our cores, With loving appreciation, Of each other while setting intentions, That correspond to the physical and spiritual me, Blending our powers, The music became My channel, To be open with stillness, Light, healing, closeness, To my higher self, I received, I receive, My healing and connection, Restores me, And as the music began to fade, The white light that filled me, Began to vanish, Slipping away like fog rises, I became once again, Aware of myself, As one individual, Honoring what just happened, The meeting of soul reflection Within closed eyes, Open to receive, Open to listen, Open to see, Open to connect, Open to share, Open to work together, All became restored, Willingly, beautifully, An experience of both selves, Without duality, Seen outside of myself, But within myself, Channeled by Reiki Charged music, A reminisce Of friends, Of love, Of healing, In unity, Reminding, Welcoming, Restoring, Longevity, Through making presence known, Without chills, spooks, shadowing winds, Seen flying across the room, A spirit to spirit, Came through, A melody, Eyes closed, A moment, And quite the loving embrace, We shared, What is, Has already come and gone…. Cherished this encounter, I heal, I feel better, Soul smiling, My eyes open, And I begin to see, The lightning raging in the outside sky, And I connect this energy in me, To the nature around me, And i know where the pain stemmed, The barometric pressure, Fluctuating drastically, Does this, from time to time, But the energy in the skies, The energy in me, Revealed my other dimension, Ascension, connection, I behold, So within the just now, I was open just enough, To be channeled, To see beyond the veil, To feel beyond the veil, To engage, beyond the veils Of human-ness, And remembered who I really am, Who is becoming, More clear to far more than know, But be…. Indescribably beautiful, I am, I received, I open, I stay...now on… What a powerful glimpse, To be drifted wide awake, Into such a meditation, A medium to connect… WOW! I am bathed in light. As the wall that no longer serve me, Breaks down, I am bathed in light, once again. As water droplets, Wash over my cheeks, I am bathed, In reflective, shedded light. As I allow this rainy day Within me, to rinse through, I know, each droplet, Is a seed, sprouting, Adding to my life As the pain leaves my body, No longer stored, I am bathed in light… As each memory frees, There is a deepening emanation Spilling forth as well as refueling My insides, replenishing me, from The wells within... I am bathed in light… Through the balancing, Sorting, flow of emotions, Experiences, lessons learned, Tears wash over me, Through me, Out of me, Evaporating into the atmosphere, Reclaiming my natural, Ecosystem within, Like compose eventually Becomes soil, I am revitalized, Nourished, refined, Bathing in the light I am, Surely equipped, And more than ever, ready To grow more, As with lotus, Water, and mud, I stem, I branch out, From every experience, From every form through me, Out of me, through the elements, Through outside back in, I am bathed in light… Melissa Palmer © Evolving Mirror Whenever we love and respect,
Unconditionally, So do we trust, understand, And practice whole presence, So that naturally everything, Aligns, activates, attracts, assembles, adds, to us, to our path, to our relationships, To what we share, supply, select, spend our lives… Being authentic, Being love, Being respectful, Unconditionally, Invests ourselves fully, engaged, In the world that is now, In all hearts, In service to our signature, In expansive abundance, For the whole universe, prosperity… This “Unconditionally,” Is how we are not only kind to ourselves, But is how we can give kindness, To the world, to offer more, To the whole evolution, revolution, Of Love, to all… Unconditionally, Wholesomely, From within me, To within you, Reflected, like the radiant sun And moon reflect over water, That ripples…. Because projecting, is their defense Mechanism, to protect themselves, As to keep themselves so built up, With walls of excuses, denial, And reactivity, That it even keeps themselves out Of their own “True” core, being utilized… I understand, How people project their pain, Their problems, towards people They choose to judge, they choose to not listen, not understand, They choose to not like because you aren’t like them, Into extremes, In defense, to who they are, Because of their thinking, believing, They are constantly in attack mode, They assume, blame, projecting lies, Telling what they think is their story to tell, Built from gossip, pain, hurt, denial, Trying to remain hidden behind their cruelty, Become dissociative towards, One pivotal person… I understand, This is their issues, Their realities, Their shit, Not ours, not yours, not mine, I understand, Just as quickly, As it is to forgive and let go, To move on, Even if they don’t, I understand, that age has nothing to do, With maturity, giving respect, sharing love, Being responsible for own actions- words, Honestly kind, empathic, having safe boundaries, And sharing, as well as honoring gratitude. These are all choices, We have to actively choose, Actively Practice, Actively pursue, Follow through with, And live to greater, unconditional-ness, When the adversity, of destruction, Drives by, screams, tell your kids b.s, And is trying to provoke you to stoop, And we continue to rise above, Learn lessons, Teaching lessons to our children, Growing together, Side by side, Each in our own way, Understanding, Not all people are meant to be in our lives, Some are just passing through to test where we stand, Some are just the problems we had before, Within ourselves, within our circles, still healing, Reminding us, we are still on the right path, There’s no going back, Just because they want us back, as to comply to their demands, Because they liked how things were, Doesn’t mean they are destined, To continue to ruin,or run, What we are building now, Be understanding, Without stopping, Be understanding, Without internalizing, Be understanding, That they are only broadcasting, What they choose to ignore, hide, deny, Because they are indescribably in pain, Hurting because they hurt, They are choosing ignorance, Stagnancy, let them be, Even if they choose to not let you be… Send them Love as to someday, Maybe, that little light we give, Will someday expose their light to themselves, From the years of darkness, Ashamed, shunned, and hurt, They had done to them, That they thought gave them the right, To follow suit, and cause harm to others.. Be Understanding, But not to the point where, You receive all the destruction, All the dumping, all the finger pointing. It's rather discouraging the tactics They are choosing to use, As to get you back in their lives, Only pushes you farther away, Honor that, truth, don’t let them flip it, Or make you second guess it... Love and understand from a far, Because that’s what YOU choose, To do, as to give the space needed, For them, to get their own shit figured out, And for you to remain unstoppable, forward.. Just because they choose to do what they do with their time, Doesn’t mean we have to do the same, We are all different for many reasons, Those who choose to be conditional, Doesn’t have to be the way you live, Believe, or have to be around, Be understanding, That everyone hides and lives their pain differently, Just because some are high and mighty with egotistical, Fear and hate ridden Pride, Doesn’t mean YOU have to choose that too.. Is our collective, Wholeness, A celebration Of Bliss, Conductive, Magic shining gloriously, Like huge rays of light, Peering down from the heavens above, Peeks through the thickest of forests, And is reflective upon rippling waters.
