May we within all this adversity; Rise to the challenge to restore, Rise to the subliminal lessons, blessings, healing, Rise to the awareness of calmly, collectively, Staying safe, being well, Coming home to both our physical homes & ourselves, To connect, to rekindle our hearths, As an imperative disengage with fear, the contagious panic, of viruses, Plaguing us of much more than sickness, but of worsening worry, doubt, Anger, impulsive and almost hostile like survival… May we within all this unlocking of inner and outer chaos, Be present, rest assured that everything emerging, drawing forth, Coming too, reveals space, not voids, but space…. In everything there’s beginnings, endings, full circles of balancing, An infinite loop of possibilities, choices, actions, thoughts, building, Excavating, coming undone, becoming, leaving, changing, taken, given, Here, now… Life's balancing, juggling, recovering, act full of surprises, experiences, Spectrum's different, similar, new, uncertain, paths, ways, we do, we are, We have, We had… May we look from within, in-between, above, and below, As to rise, as to love fully, accept wholly, Honoring each phase while we live, Always to rise, always to grow, always to become.  Unmasking,
To be masked, In this uncertainty, Literally drives hysteria, Fear, concern, worry, Craziness shedding, All our insecurities, All at once, in an overwhelm Of anything but peace… Peace isn’t our first reaction, Our first response, Because the knowing, Brings about a huge trigger That pins us to our fight mode, Survival mode, Because only this is within our "Actual" control… Awareness though, Knowing what we now know, As the panic flows in spurts, We are shook, Very shook by all transpiring now, and with that our expectations of what, We think people should or should not be doing... Instead of realizing we are all beautifully different, Everyone handles things differently, Believes differently, Heals and lives differently.. We are not them, So we really don’t know, Their reasons, their insecurities, Let alone our own in this very moment, there's no definite course through so we utilize, Fear instead of compassion... Labeling, name calling, Repeating history with shame, In a time of unknown, Trying to find familiarity, With labels, with negativity, within our default, Pre-programmed mode, Does nothing but further damage, ourselves and others, Becoming only more to the propaganda Of fear, hysteria, even though This too can bring about balance, beauty, blessings... May we please, please remember, We are NOT alone in this, All humanity, together, connected, Knows and is with us, As the battle is very much happening, all at once... One humanity, One world, This rumble requires us to unite, to be safe, to be well, to overcome, Not blame, not scrutinize, Not point fingers, not shake more fearful fists, But to realize, lean in, listen, honor... Got real too fast for any of us to comprehend it, But to abide the waves of uncertainty, that comes with rules, rules of discomfort, To stay in our homes, selectively work, Work, shop for essentials, and know, Our whole well-being, even within grief, And the uproars we impulsively have, That in our togetherness, We will get this! We are not separate, we are not alone, And this shitty event of circumstance, We can and still rise again after this passes! Stay bright, stay lit, stay positive, keep peace alive to radiate as much as one can do! Together as one humanity, Living within this one world we have, That has been taken for granted all too long, In this time of much chaos and adversity, We can still choose, we will always have this choice, CHOOSE Love, Kindness, Be a celebration of peace, That we all will still THRIVE THROUGH, Because in the past we have, And today we still can… May we fuel our thriving powers, Rather than our denial, fear, worry, hatred, Anger, grief, meanness… Because together we can, if you choose to Have the will too, “This too shall pass,” And like a phoenix rises from ashes, So shall we all, burning brighter than ever Before, we shall rise… Melissa Palmer © Evolving Mirror Though the overwhelm strikes fast in diverse Directions, I will not succumb to its ever persistent Tug, pull, drag, to derail my strength, my power, My love, my peace, my light, my hope! Of all I choose, to add, To my life, Of all I choose, to believe, So it is, Of all I choose to act on, So it becomes paved, Of all I choose to ingest, To breathe, see, hear, think, So each of us as we are, Become. Become who we make ourselves, Be… Let us remain true to ourselves, Guided by the light we are, Guided by our ever expanding, Awareness, letting ourselves grow, Nurtured, every step of the way, More and more solidly, strong, As we consciously, intentionally, Be here, grow here, listen, honor, Voice, act, allowing ourselves, To be free, consciously, here.. Tap back into love, lead forward, With light… Let that fuel your Bravery, Giving you courage, making you strong! We all got this! I am here, With honesty, Following my own truths, Figuring things out, Learning, re-learning, growing, Being here... I am here, Body, mind, soul, heart. I am here, For and with myself, Every step, Every choice, Every moment, Every little bit, I am here, For and with, Gathering, Utilizing, Healing, Recovering, Becoming, Put myself, More and more together, Even when it feels Like nothing is really coming together, Everything connects, I am wholly, honestly, Truly here, Making the most of it now. Now, here, In the emergence's, Of all directions, No matter how many times I slip up, No matter how frustrated I get, No matter which way I move. I am here, Love, hope, and courage, Here weathering Some storms of consequences, Some of lessons I didn’t learn, Some of things I didn’t know, Some ways I am expanding, stretching, Leaning into grow, I am here, Honestly open, To all that I can create, To all I can get, To all I can serve, To all that everything is, can be, will be, Expansions, for better versions of me, To speak through, Comes full circle, With steps, routes, adventures new To take, experience, build, Learning to have fun, Without having any balance, Getting better at being here, For myself, with myself, Gives, prepares, shares, serves… Love you, I have hope for you, We have the courage, When we are honestly loving with Ourselves, however we regress, Progress, move, whatever direction, Always becomes something more, We never thought at first, Would or could, bring us so much, Magic, light, strength, truth, beauty, So please like me, Like you, Have yourself, with yourself, Bless you, Love you, Each of us, Stem together better, Being true to ourselves, With ourselves, For one another, For this beautiful planet, For this beautiful world, For us all, Together are never separate, Never a duality, We each as our own, Deeply as our own, Are connected… I am here, love..
