As for who speaks Thinks, feels, knows, Describes, reacts, experiences, Sees, tastes, smells, Walks, dances, explores, Learns, stumbles, responds, exudes, Becomes, unlearns, shines, Astonishes, resilience, surrenders, Cries, Laughs, Loves, loses, Forgives, pushes, regresses, perseveres, dedicates, focuses, Evolves, reflects, chooses, Lives… I do… You do… As I am, Speaks for itself, In all that is seen, All that is hidden, All that became, All this is becoming, All that is here and coming.. What if there was no such thing as,
Rejection? How would we thoroughly differentiate, Learn, discern, grow, love, hope, Become, debug, Though we would prefer to not have The negative… Life is equally balanced and lived, Having both, As to better educate ourselves, As to offer us decisions, To grow or to stay bitter, Everything even the negative, Offers us the opportunity, To add colors and unfold, For what us contain, To be liberated, To be inspired, To shine, For no rejection, shock, hatred, How would we know love, How would we know pain, How would we know what it takes To face and overcome, How would we really live, If we have never knew what it was like to lose, So that we are redirected, To move, to heal, to get where We’ve only dreamed to go…. There will always be a pro to balance a con, There will always be a con to a pro, This tug-a-war, Gives us meaning, Sustenance, To live a fully, actually lived, Life… Be present, No matter what the potholes are, Allow everything, To be what challenged us, forward.. Write down then burn it, sing it, cry it out, paint it out, draw, drive.. Do what you need to do, release it, Find a creative way to uncannily dig it out, and let it go... never know what treasures you will find, never know how GOOD life will feel, or how relieved you will be until its let go, unraveled and RELEASED! So get on that... Allow that Pain to be loved, accepted, acknowledged, forgiven and allow the motion forward to start again... When we choose to not notice it, love shakes us, takes whatever measure it needs to take to bring your attention back to it, It is YOU, it has always been within, it exists within those you say you hate, dislike, can't stand, Love takes all forms, it connects us, collectively, diversely, abundantly, It bonds us to others, and ourselves, it binds us to our souls, to our minds, Whether we feel it, acknowledge it, or know what it is, We Breathe it, We Live it, We create more of it, It is our most essential resource, We use it to network, We allow it to guide us, We make it, We say it, We have Faith in it, We Respect and Honor it, We always cherish it, even if its masked by layers of experiences we hide, Love Lives on, after our death... Through Self- LOVE, Love expands, evolves, ripples, reaches far past the star fields we have yet to discover.... Love Is Life, Love teaches, Love is mathematical, scientific, spiritual, telepathic, verbal, active, physical, emotional, written, thought of, explored, discovered, Love may be buried, Love lives in all of us, Love is Our Nature, though we feel we may not have any for ourselves, we still give it out, the only way to give something is to already behold it... Love is the frequency we all came to Life Through, to give, to share, to LIVE to the Fullest from deep within... Love is my seed in which I have stemmed from..." Remember to become Aware! I am healing what is within me, that is unhealthy, and lingers in the back corners of my body... Taking time to attend myself with whole presence, proves to trust myself, that's needed within this healing. Knowingly, I am creating better harmony for my whole well-being It is crucial for me to trust myself as I take steps forward, in healing myself, mind, body and soul not just at this time but thoroughly throughout this process, as progress can fluctuate quite rapidly... Honor your Pace, your stride, and the body in which you Thrive in... Honor the time, the presence, the love, the forgiveness, the grief, the roller coaster we all have, that varies... count every little one... Find every bit of them, for those Blessings invite us, to truly Love our Lives just a bit more, That's truly something to smile about... More to Love, more to rejoice about, more to cherish, more to be grateful for, Think about it, like marinade yourself in it, soak in all those Blessings, notice them, for as we drizzle our whole attention there, that graces us with expansion of more to come, for acknowledging and appreciating right now, is yet another Blessing in itself. lets things slide, letting people be around you that hold too much negativity within them, is allowing it to continue, wiping a slate to tolerate, just isn't worth it anymore... Sometimes just letting go, has to be done with kind assertive force, for it to truly be gone, for what we allow, will continue for how much you try to overlook it positively... Sometimes the truth is Blunt and so do your boundaries have to be, like tough love, to move forward, is to not keep allowing it in, giving in because of love, is you giving them permission to dump on you, that which is opposite of what is wanted to attract... Sometimes you can only do it for so long before you realize, you shouldn't have allowed in the first place, there lies the lesson... Sometimes you care so much, you realize too late how you allowed yourself, and your reserves to be trampled on... Sometimes, these things occur until our eyes see it, and we choose to actually change it... is the energy you put off... So if you are tolerating abuse, negativity, misery, that is what you're bringing into your life, that is what's creating more messes in your Life, and its the energy you disperse to those around you. Think about what impression, you give, and live with not just with others, but towards Yourself too... Maybe that is your path, Maybe it's better than you are used too, Maybe it's time to see the damage done, Maybe it needs to stop being maybe's as if, just something for the moment... the negativity feeds, I offer rest for my heart, and mind to re-balance... As I ease off, the desire to overly help, the pull to overstep my place and grounds, I offer others and myself to figure things out, on their own.... As I ease off, of beating myself up for mistakes made, I offer myself time to breathe, reflect, forgive, be grateful and Love myself back into Life again... evolving from within, Love this Energy, I am this energy. There is no "I think I will try this tomorrow." There is always only right now, so what you crave, you can create, in all that you are... You just have to choose, and follow it through Relentlessly DRIVEN, not just passively, life-lessly as if to only witness, mope, and observe with drool of jealousy drenching you in gum, leaving you stuck.... Why do you hinder yourself? Why not, lead and live from your heart?
